Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery is done via courier and typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note:

• Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been handed over
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address
